Truck 1

            2001 Chevy 1 Ton Extended Van with 2003 Cleanco 4.5 Direct Drive Carpet Cleaning Unit. The Truck and Unit are in excellent mechanical condition. I bought the truck used and installed the Cleanco Unit new. All installation was professionally performed and maintained by Charles Reed Sales, the Cleanco dealer.

This Van shows 84268 miles but I replaced the motor with a New GM Factory Motor in April 2005. The van had 64802 miles so there is only 19644 actual miles on the motor. I replaced all the external major parts on the motor at the same time. I have all the receipts for the work done. We always changed the oil and filter monthly on all our carpet trucks. Front bushings have been replaced on this truck. Tires are good with plenty of miles left. Truck has Power steering, radio, air, power door locks, and electric windows. I had the lettering removed and the truck buffed and touched up. It looks great. This is the extended van so there’s plenty of room for equipment or rug transport.

Carpet cleaning unit is in excellent condition. It has 2652 actual Hrs. on the unit. It was required by Cleanco to keep a weekly maintenance record for the 5 year warrantee. I have all those records. Unit comes with at least 150 ft of hose. Electric hose reel. Live fresh water reel. Carpet and stair tool. Extra filtration box. Fresh water and recovery tanks. Shelves. 2001 Chevy 1 Ton Van with Pro 100 White Magic Direct Drive Carpet Cleaning Unit. The Truck and Unit are in excellent mechanical condition. I bought the truck used and installed the White Magic Unit. All installation was professionally performed and maintained by Charles Reed Sales, the White Magic dealer. I purchased the Carpet unit new in 1998 and it was in another van prior to this. It has always been a strong dependable unit.

The van has 76,612 miles on it. Recently tuned and serviced. We always changed the oil and filter monthly on all our carpet trucks. Tires are good with plenty of miles left. Front bushings replaced in October of this year. Truck has Power steering, radio, air. I had the lettering removed and the truck buffed and touched up. It looks great.

Carpet cleaning unit is in excellent condition. I can’t verify the actual hour’s on the unit. The hour gauge has been replaced a couple of times. An educated estimate would be 5000 Hrs. (600 to 700 hrs per year until 2005 when we started using the new XT unit.) Since then it’s been used sparingly as a back-up unit. Unit comes with at least 150 ft of hose. Electric hose reel.
