method,

handmade wool, silk
and other natural fiber made rugs.
This system will remove soils and
air born acids present in the fibers,
without damaging the rugs or their backings.
The wool institute recommends this system
for periodic cleaning every 12 to 24 months.
The exact cleaning procedure to be used
is determined after an inspection of each rug to determine the type rug,
material and colorfastness. Special attention is paid to fringes.
The most important aspect of cleaning
expensive hand made rugs is education and experience.
