Professional Certification and Training:

     JEM-CLEAN, Inc. technicians have been properly trained and certified by the Institute of Inspection,  Cleaning and, Restoration Certification.
The IICRC is recognized by the carpet manufactures for certification, education and training, in the carpet cleaning industry. Technicians must attend classes, pass competency exams and attend renewal classes to obtain their certification status. Certified firms must adhere to standards developed by the IICRC in accordance to manufactures requirements. Shaw Industries, the largest carpet manufacture in the world,  announced that beginning in 2008, they will demand the use of IICRC FIRMS to clean carpets manufactured by them or the warranty will be voided.  JEM-CLEAN Inc. is the only Certified Firm in the Unifour Area.
